1. Nature of the establishment
Le Jardin de Ravintsara is a bed and breakfast establishment with wellness services.
This is neither a hotel nor an entire home rental.
Some spaces, including the swimming pool and outdoor areas, are shared between guests, while respecting the peace and quiet of each individual.
2. Clientele – Adults Only establishment
The establishment is exclusively reserved for an adult clientele.
Minors are not admitted, even when accompanied, in order to protect:
* calm,
* serenity,
* and the wellness atmosphere of the place.
Any reservation made in violation of this rule may be **cancelled without refund**, including upon arrival.
3. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of remote booking of services offered by Le Jardin de Ravintsara.
Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the reserved rate.
4. Reservation
The client acknowledges having read:
* the nature of the services,
* equipment offered,
* of these Terms and Conditions.
The reservation becomes firm and final upon completion of the booking process.
5. Booking and confirmation process
The reservation is made via the online booking platform.
A confirmation email summarizing the services, dates, prices and applicable conditions is sent to the client.
6. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article **L221-28 of the Consumer Code**, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
7. Cancellation conditions (excluding non-cancellable/non-refundable offers)
The following conditions apply only to refundable rates.
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
Cancellation before arrival
* Between 60 and 31 days before arrival:
0% of the total amount (free cancellation)
* Between 30 and 15 days before arrival:
30% of the total amount of
* Between 14 and 3 days before arrival:
50% of the total amount of
* Between 2 days and the day of arrival (D-0):
100% of the total amount of
No-show
In case of no-show without prior cancellation:
👉 100% of the total booking amount will be charged to the bank card provided as a guarantee.
8. Deposit and payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required upon booking.
This deposit is collected by the establishment via its Electronic Payment Terminal (EPT) using the bank details provided.
The balance is payable on site on the day of arrival.
If the deposit cannot be collected, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation without compensation.
9. Non-cancellable/non-refundable offers
Offers marked as non-cancellable and non-refundable are not subject to:
* no cancellations,
* no changes,
* No refunds,
whatever the cause.
10. Stay – Behavior
Any behavior contrary to good morals, disturbing the peace or the smooth running of the stay will result in immediate exclusion without refund.
11. Jacuzzi – Spa – Swimming pool
Private Jacuzzi
Access may be temporarily suspended for technical, health, climatic or security reasons, without this entitling the user to a refund.
Shared swimming pool
The swimming pool is shared and dependent on:
* weather conditions,
* of the natural environment,
* maintenance requirements.
No compensation can be claimed in the event of temporary unavailability.
12. Parking
Parking is available subject to availability.
The establishment does not guarantee the permanent availability of places.
The unavailability of the parking lot does not give rise to any refund or compensation.
Vehicles are parked under the sole responsibility of their owner.
13. Price
Prices are shown in euros including VAT, excluding tourist tax where applicable.
Any legally mandated changes to taxes will be passed on.
14. Complaints
Any complaint must be made in writing within 8 days of departure.
15. Gift cards
Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable, even partially.
They cannot give rise to any financial compensation in the event of non-use.
16. Personal data
The data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
17. Force majeure
Force majeure suspends contractual obligations without compensation.
18. Applicable Law – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
An amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
19. Completeness and modification
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire contractual agreement.
The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the reservation.
